From I-95 from Fredericksburg take Stafford exit 140 & go East (right onto) Rt. 630 (Courthouse Rd)

Follow Courthouse Rd. for one mile and cross over Rt. 1 (at traffic light) and continue straight approx. 3.6 mi. to slight R on Old Fort La. (unpaved road) to the third house #44)

From Rt.1 turn East onto Courthouse Rd. (Rt. 630) & follow directions from Courthouse Rd. (above)

There is no entry to the sale site until Friday, June 25th at 10 am. Sale will run from Friday, June 25th to Sunday June 27th….10am to 4 pm each day.
